The Boroondara Hawks are excited to announce the appointment of David Burrows as Football Director for 2023.
David brings a wealth of football experience and knowledge to the role, along with his enjoyment in contributing to an environment where boys and girls are supported in doing something they love.
A bit about David:
Played junior football at Glen Iris before a couple of years at Oakleigh Chargers in the TAC Cup and then 150+ games of football in the Amateurs for Old Trinity.
He has been involved with his son’s teams for the last 8 years starting at the Balwyn Junior Football Club, the Balwyn Greythorn Jets in 2020, and the last two at the Boroondara Hawks.
A valued community volunteer, he has filled various roles in the past - team manager, assistant coach, head coach, committee member and now football director!
