Registration details for Season 2023

BHJFC registration is open for all current/returning players. Transfers (In/Out) will open on February 1, 2023. Registration will apply for all current players first, while New, Transfer and Returning player registrations will be placed in a pending status based on order of receipt. In early February the Club will look at team numbers and allocate available positions.

As part of the registration process you will have the ability to order new kit and merchandise as required. Our online shop can also be used if you miss something.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Current Player Registration

Current players are those that were registered and played at the Club last season.

  1. Use this registration link --> https://www.playhq.com/afl/register/26b606

  2. Log in to your PlayHQ account from prior year (if unsure, contact the BHJFC registrar for assistance)

  3. Complete registration in full and pay

  4. If your registration has been successful you will receive notice by email

Transfer (In) Player Registration

  1. Once the Transfer window opens (February 1, 2023) request a player transfer through your PlayHQ account using this registration link --> https://www.playhq.com/afl/register/26b606

  2. Use your PlayHQ account to log in.

  3. Complete request to transfer/register form 

  4. If your request has been successful, you will receive notice of pending transfer by email. 

  5. Provided there is capacity in the applicable age group/team, the Club will approve your transfer and you will receive notification and a link to register and pay the season fees.

  6. Please note this is not an automated process, and will aim to be done by the Club registrar within a week.

Transfer (Out) Player Registration

  1. Once the Transfer window opens (February 1, 2023) request a player transfer through your PlayHQ account.

  2. Players transferring out of the Club will be automatically approved by the system.

New Player Registration (first year of playing junior AFL)

  1. New Players Registration use this registration link --> https://www.playhq.com/afl/register/26b606

  2. Create a PlayHQ account 

  3. Complete registration form in full and pay

  4. Email your Proof of Age document* to the BHJFC Registration Officer (boroondarahawks.registrar@gmail.com) for validation. Registrations cannot be approved without a valid Proof of Age document.

  5. If your pending registration has been successful you will receive notice by email. A pending registration is not a successful registration until approved by the Club.

*A scanned image or clear photo of the player’s birth certificate or passport must be scanned and emailed to the BHJFC Registration Officer (boroondarahawks.registrar@gmail.com). ​No player will be approved for registration without proof of age.
